Terms and Conditions

• Our upholstery services include furniture reupholstering, repair, and restoration. All quotations provided are estimates and may vary based on the condition of the furniture upon inspection. 
•  Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, checks, and bank transfers. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Customers may choose their own fabric for reupholstering, or we can provide options from our selection. Any special materials requested may affect the final cost. 
• The turnaround time for upholstery services varies depending on the complexity of the project. An estimated timeline will be provided upon inspection. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days for resolution. 
• While we take utmost care during the upholstery process, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or issues with the furniture. Customer agrees that the furniture being upholstered is their property or has been authorized by the owner for the service. We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information shared during the service. Our company is insured for liabilities related to the upholstery services provided.
•  Any additional services requested during the upholstery process may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the customer. In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation or mediation. 
• These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Customers will be notified of any changes. By engaging our upholstery services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
• Upon completion, customer does have no more than 30 days to to deliver final payment (cash, check, bank transfer, Zelle.) If otherwise after the 30 days Dominguez Designs LLC has the authority to refuse any type of product delivery with NO REFUNDS.
  

IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT PAY WITHIN THE 30 DAYS NO PRODUCT WILL BE HANDED, INCLUDING THE 50% or ANY PAYMENT GIVEN WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
